Every feature and core update we ship, in one place — no account required to see what's changed.

Added a Billing section to the portal covering your $1.99/month base subscription, current usage, invoices, payments, and account balance — pay via PayPal, and top up your balance to cover usage charges. Platform admins get a matching Billing area to search accounts, issue credits/adjustments, and review payment and webhook history.

Create self-service API keys under API Keys and access your domains, message log, quarantine, and filter rules programmatically — a key has exactly your own account's permissions, and can be revoked instantly if it's ever lost.
August 8, 2026
New accounts now see a getting-started checklist on the dashboard (connect a domain, invite your team, add a filter rule) that clears itself out once mail starts flowing. We've also added a "How this works" link on Domains, Team, Quarantine, Filter Rules, and Mail Queue that jumps straight to the matching how-to in the Guide.
August 8, 2026
Added a Guide section to the portal, written for the people who actually use it day to day — what each part of the portal does, and exactly what each role on your team (security admin, operator, auditor, read-only) can see and do.
August 8, 2026
Platform administrators now have a complete, searchable documentation site covering how every part of the system works, reachable from the admin sidebar. We've also published a public Security page explaining how inbound and outbound mail are protected, for anyone evaluating or vouching for the service.
August 8, 2026
Every message is now checked for the structural tricks phishing links rely on — IP-address links instead of domains, punycode/lookalike domains, URL shorteners hiding the real destination, and domains that closely resemble your own. No configuration needed.
August 8, 2026
Platform administrators can now see a complete, searchable history of every account and security-relevant change — logins, two-factor changes, customer and user changes, password resets, and domain release requests — in one place.
August 8, 2026
Inbound and outbound configuration for each of your domains now live together under one Domains section, instead of two separate pages — easier to see and manage a domain's full setup at a glance.
August 7, 2026
See exactly which messages are still in transit — a temporarily unreachable destination, a full mailbox, and similar — with the reason, how long it's been retrying, and when it will give up. Available to every account, not just platform admins.
August 7, 2026
Messages that can't be delivered right away are now retried automatically once an hour for up to 72 hours before we give up and notify the sender — giving temporary outages on the receiving end far more time to resolve themselves before mail bounces.
August 7, 2026
Outbound mail sent through Blink Mail Shield is now automatically DKIM-signed with each domain's own key, strengthening deliverability and making it harder for anyone else to spoof your domain.
August 6, 2026
The AI layer that screens for phishing, business email compromise, and impersonation now produces a full risk score and confidence level with a plain-language explanation for every decision — visible on any message in your log — instead of a simple flagged/not-flagged call.
August 6, 2026
Platform administrators can now measure the AI risk engine's real-world accuracy — agreement with existing filtering, estimated false-positive/negative rates, and provider-level performance — before it's ever allowed to affect mail delivery.
August 5, 2026
Every processed message has a persistent, copyable ID you can hand to support to track it down instantly — no more describing a message by sender and rough timestamp.
Create your account to connect a domain and see it filtering mail within minutes.
